Job Summary
In this position, you will:
  • Lead the COMPASS focus area specialists team;
  • Co-lead the development and implementation of the statewide Continuous Improvement system;
  • Co-lead the development and implementation of a program evaluation system to evaluate the impact of the statewide Continuous Improvement system.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
5 years of related professional experience in education
OR
A bachelor's or master's degree in education and 4 years of related professional experience in education
Preferred Qualifications
School or district leadership experience and/or experience leading school or district improvement
