The position being offered is a Community habilitation specialist. The pay rate is $22.00 -$24 an hour. The hours worked are day-evening, flexible upon your request. This position will assist with the following:
Assisting with skills living in the community such as Cooking, cleaning, and scheduling appointments. Assisting the person in the community too and from activities of choices and/or doctors appointments. Mileage is reimbursable.
Under the direction of the Person Supported and Fiscal Intermediary, this position is responsible for providing person directed services and supports as outlined in the person’s Self-Directed Budget, Life Plan, and Staff Action Plan(s).
Education:
- High School diploma, GED, or an acceptable TABE test score is preferred
