- Main point of contact within the community.
- Identify and resolve resident needs and challenges.
- Provide overall management of community call flow for both internal and external callers.
- Create and manage overall customer service standards and process improvement within the community.
- Provide support for the Housing Sales team and Executive Director as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, residents, families, and staff.
- Handoff as appropriate to manage any escalations.
- Use good judgment, tact, courtesy and patience when resolving issues with employees, residents and families.
- Often the first contact incoming calls and visitors.
- Represent Knute Nelson in a professional, business-like manner.
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service and public relations needed for quality care and services to all customers.
- Serve as an information resource for residents, families, staff, and guests.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties as assigned. Including but not limited to visitor screening, notifying residents of deliveries, etc...
- Collaborate with operations team to manage proper tracking and follow up of resident tickets, including housekeeping, maintenance and technology requests to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Create and manage execution of Community Support strategies across multiple locations to ensure consistency and best practices are delivered.
- Provide direct support for the Housing Sales team and Executive Directors as needed.
- Responsible for completing admission paperwork for new residents and families.
- Train current team members to be able to support sales processes.
- Serve as a backup for providing tours and answering incoming calls.

Education and Experience Required:
- Requires a two-year administrative degree or equivalent experience.
- Two years of experience working in an office setting, preferably in healthcare, or any equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
- Exceptional typing skills required
- Fluent in computer knowledge especially in Windows operating system and Microsoft Office.
- Must have experience with various office equipment such as copy machines, multi-line phones, postage meter, fax machines, etc.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
- Able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Must complete and pass a state required background study.
- Able to physically perform the duties required by the position.
- Required to have the ability to read, write and speak English well enough to communicate with staff, residents and visitors.
