Direct Support Professional (Dsp) Delano, 4Hrs/Wk, Ihs

Job Summary

Metropolitan Community Services (MCS) has a Direct Support Professional (DSP) position to fill immediately. The individual is a male looking for a DSP (IHS) at 4 hours/week in the Delano area.

Individual needs support with household maintenance, bill paying, scheduling, filling out paperwork, organization, running errands, and help with applying for housing.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Implementation/documentation of formal outcomes
• Transportation
• Independent Living Skills Instruction

Requirements:

• English-speaker
• Calm demeanor
• Experience as a DSP
• Experience with documentation
• Experience with running formal outcome plans
• Pass a background check

Additional Details:

• Please allow up to 4 business days for your application to be processed.
• All hired DSP's will be provided training that is available online.
• MCS doesn't reimburse for mileage at this time.
• MCS is a non-profit organization.
• Individual has 4 hours/week of homemaking that pays at $22/hour, the applicant can apply for as well.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 per week

Experience:

• Caregiving: 2 years (Required)
• documentation: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Delano, MN: Relocate before starting work (Required)
