Community Outreach Coordinator (Entry Level)

Our team has recently signed a contract with a community program that provides telecommunications and internet solutions for low-income families throughout the Riverside and Inland Empire region. Our primary goal is to help build the program, increasing accessibility and expanding nationwide over the next 12-18 months. Due to our client’s goals, we’re looking to hire a committed, results-oriented individual to join our team in Riverside as the Community Outreach Coordinator.

The Community Outreach Coordinator will…

• Work alongside the Community Outreach and Engagement team to increase reach and contact with community members across Riverside and the Inland Empire
• Engage directly with community members and explain the purpose and benefits of the telecommunications program
• Conduct educational, informative, and compelling service presentations to increase participation and enrollment for the community program
• Respond to questions, comments or concerns from prospective enrollees with confidence, ease and professionalism
• Establish genuine relationships with community members and clients to assess their unique ends and curate personalized presentations to improve the customer experience
• Forecast outreach and enrollment KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis and evaluate progress with senior management regularly
• Maintain a working knowledge of the community program including subscription and enrollment procedures, qualification requirements, and compliance regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
