SalaryLegacy Assisted Living is seeking a Community Nurse. This position will work 30-32 hours a week.
The successful candidate will perform resident health assessments, provide training/oversight to staff for medical assistance, health monitoring and assistance with health-related tasks as allowed in regulations; coordinate resident care with third-party providers such as physicians and home health agencies.
Arbor View Assisted Living is a small, friendly, home-like community with warm and welcoming staff and residents.
Qualifications:
Desire to work with seniors in an environment that upholds their privacy, dignity, choice, independence and individuality.
Must have a current RN or LPN license for the State of Wisconsin and be a graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing. At least one year experience working with seniors or in a home-health setting required.
Must be vaccinated.
