VMP is looking for eager, energetic, and committed Registered Nurses to join our team!
The RN shall utilize the nursing process in the execution of general nursing procedures in the maintenance of health, prevention of illness, or care of the ill. They are responsible for the performance of delegated medical acts in accordance with current nursing standards. The RN is also responsible for the direct and general supervision of delegated nursing acts. Independent projects, learning or Quality Improvements are encouraged rewarded through incentive program.
We are currently hiring for all shifts (AM, PM, & Overnight), both part-time and full-time.
1st shift: 6 am - 2 pm
2nd shift: 2 pm - 10 pm
3rd shift: 10 pm - 6 am

This position offers shift differentials, weekend differentials, and a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000!
Qualifications:
- An Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in preparation for RN licensure.
- RN licensure in Wisconsin.
- A minimum of six months experience in a long-term care setting following licensure is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervises direct care provided by LPNs and C.N.As for his/her assigned patients.
- Assesses and documents condition and changes in the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual status of assigned residents.
- Provides direct care in an efficient, effective manner, which includes the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of residents consistent with the plan of care, nursing process, and department policy and procedures.
