SalaryCollege Connect is community support program seeking individuals who have a passion for education and mentorship for students with developmental disabilities and learning differences. Our team is a multidisciplinary group of educators, psychologist, and young professionals who are committed to enhancing the lives of the students and families we serve. Adult students with developmental disabilities are underrepresented in both educational and employment settings and our goal is to mentor and coach these students to support their goals and provide resources to facilitate their success.
Support young adult students with identifying on campus resources and facilitate greater equity for underrepresented young adults seeking education. Help inspire young adults facing challenges in academic goals. Provide mentorship, encouragement, and teach essential communication skills to meet academic and relationship goals for college students.
