Harbor Isles, a 55+ retirement community located in North Port, Florida is seeking an experienced manager to oversee the Governing Documents of our community and Florida statute 718 requirements.

This position requires management of the community facilities, enforcement of Community Association rules and restrictions and will assist Board members in the finding and selection of contractors and insurance providers.

Requires excellent communication, customer service and leadership skills. Must be organized and detail oriented with professional management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Requires an Associates Degree, Bachelors Preferred.

Requires 3 – 5 years of Community Association Manager experience and proficiency in Microsoft 3.65 and TOPS.

Must have strong knowledge of Florida Statue 718 for Condominium Associations

(Salary Range of Pay - $25.68, Minimum - $34.00, MidPoint - $42.50, Maximum)

(Rate of Pay will be calculated according to years of pertinent CAM experience)

Expected hours: 35 per week
