Communications Coordinator will manage the Front Desk operations and coordinate external communications and marketing to create a consistent message to the public. Serves as a point of contact within the company to maintain and increase company external visibility.
Job Responsibilities:
- Primary Phone Resource
- May assist clinical department with scanning and uploading of documents as necessary.
- Assist Volunteer Coordinator with Volunteer Binders as needed.
- Documenting, uploading and filing Volunteer Visitor Notes
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must be highly organized and effcient with time.
- Conduct yourself in a positive, confident and professional manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with EMR and technology
- Ability to perform tasks independently, seek direction as needed and prioritize workload.
- Commitment to teamwork, collaborative approach and customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
