Club Communications Coordinator:
Provide professional, friendly and efficient service to Brackett's Crossing Country Club members, guests and colleagues. You will be the initial face & voice of the Club; answering & directing incoming calls and greeting members & guests. You will provide value to Club members, guests and colleagues by educating and communicating programs, events and resources available.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop an understanding of all functions & personnel in the Club in order to communicate as required.
Answer & direct incoming calls, greet members & guests and assist with any questions or inquiries. Take reservations for dining and/or events.
Create a great working relationship with current members by utilizing our resources to communicate with membership regarding events.
Coordinate effectively between departments to administer the following for member, guest and colleague communication:
- On-line & Club website: calendar, newsletters, menus, events, announcements and photos.
- Calendars: update MS Outlook & wall calendars with all events.
- Member Communication: event flyers, email blasts, reader board, update & print menus, reservation book.
- Catering Events: directional signs, food signs, limited menus, drink tickets, reader board.
- Newsletter: proof, email, print, mail, post to website.
- Reader Board: update member & catering events, photos.
- Advisory Board: create & print agenda, send meeting reminders, attendance log.
Assist with the planning and execution of Club Events and Summer Camp activities as determined by Director of Membership & Marketing.
Position & Schedule:
- Full-Time Non-Exempt position. Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
