Communications Coordinator
One Community Health is seeking a creative team member to lead in designing graphics, managing social media, and creating content for internal/external communication efforts.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in the execution of communications, marketing, community engagement, and brand promotion of health center
- Design graphics of all materials (print, digital, indoor/outdoor signage, merchandise, etc) according to OCH Branding Guidelines (social media graphics, flyers, brochures, posters, PowerPoint presentations etc.)
- Create content, design and send internal/external communications using digital and printed channels (intranet, WordPress website, newsletters, lobby monitors, etc)
- Manage and post regularly on Social Media and online platforms (includes Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Google Reviews, etc)
- Content Creation of blogs, press releases, articles, newsletters, reports, infographics, etc.
- Work with Communications Director and other departments to create and implement targeted marketing and outreach campaigns.
- Field internal requests from departments for communication needs.
- Design, order, and maintain marketing materials inventory.
Additional Duties
- Assist in organizing Outreach and Community Engagement events.
- Maintain partnerships with external vendors.
- Research and analyze marketing data and report back to leadership.
- Host presentations and attend networking events
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience Required:
Minimum
- Five years of extensive experience in Graphic Design (use of Adobe Suite preferred).
- Experience with the successful use and growth of social media for B2C and B2B marketing.?
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience with a focus in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or Business.
- Five years of experience in Marketing/Communications.
- Skilled in Wordpress Website design and updates.
- Skilled in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, TEAMS, Sharepoint, etc.)
- Ability to respond adeptly to rapidly changing priorities and ability to work well under pressure
- Exceptionally detail oriented and organized, with strong ability to successfully multi-task
- Strong customer service skills.
- Comfortable speaking and presenting to small or large groups.
- Experience participating in community events.
- Ability to work and connect with people from different backgrounds and lifestyles.
- Valid Driver's license and insurance.
Preferred
- Experience organizing community events.
- Experienced in Digital Marketing & SEO (PPC, Google Adwords).
