Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Communications Associate to join our team. As a Communications Associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting our organization's mission and values through effective communication strategies. Duties:
- Develop and implement communication plans to enhance brand awareness and promote key messages
- Write and edit compelling content for various platforms including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media
- Conduct research to gather information for communication campaigns and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, including media briefings and press conferences
- Build relationships with media outlets and journalists to generate positive coverage
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR efforts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communications

Experience:
- Proven experience in communications or public relations roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms
- Familiarity with media relations practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail

Skills:
- Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate key messages
- Ability to write and edit content in a clear and concise manner

Pay: $56,186.15 - $67,665.04 per year
