Led by Gabriella Nelson, BCBA (AKA @thebehaviorchick on Instagram), our team is dedicated to teaching a wide range of skills, including communication, socialization, and daily living skills, to children who require individualized support. We work closely with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
Responsibilities:
As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and be responsible for implementing individualized behavior intervention plans. Your role involves working with children in their homes, helping them learn how to communicate, play, and learn while addressing challenging behaviors. Your specific responsibilities include:
- Implementing behavior intervention plans
- Collecting data on clients' progress
- Conducting preference assessments and other data collection procedures
- Assisting with skill acquisition programs
- Providing feedback to parents, teachers, and caregivers
- Maintaining accurate records of progress and behavior incidents
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:
- Flexible availability, with most sessions between 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM
- High School Diploma or GED completed or an AA
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and TB test
- Reliable form of transportation for traveling to clients' homes
- Enjoy working with children and the ability to keep up with active children

Registered Behavior Technicians typically earn an hourly rate of $18-$30, while mid-tier supervisors earn $26-$35 per hour. Board Certified Behavior Analysts, responsible for creating and overseeing treatment plans, typically earn the highest salary in the field, ranging from $70,000 to $100,000+.
