Responsibilities:
As an assistant baker, you will play a crucial role in creating the delicious treats that our customers crave. Your responsibilities will include:

• Mixing, preparing, and shaping dough for various baked goods.
• Operating baking equipment and ensuring precise baking times and temperatures.
• Assisting pastry chefs in decorating and finishing pastries, cakes, and desserts.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area to meet food safety standards
• Collaborating with fellow team members to ensure product consistency and quality
• Packaging and presenting bakery products for sale in an appealing manner.

Requirements:

• To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
• Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is a plus, but not required.
• Passion for Baking and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality baked goods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a professional kitchen environment preferred.
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:
Miami, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
