Commercial Underwriting Assistant/ Insurance Operations

What You’ll be Doing:

• Lead and work with onshore teams and partners to deliver seamless, high-quality work
• Lead teams into achieving metric goals, SLA’s complete deliverables and tasks
• Own training and certification around data entry/ Human in the Loop (HITL)
• Perform administrative tasks for operational support
• Data entry and quality control
• Analyze and generate reports

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4+ years relevant experience in Business Process Outsourcing as a Team Lead or Manager
• 2+ years of experience in Professional Services at a SaaS company
• Experience with different methods of analysis, both process and data
• Expert in MS Office
