What you'll be doing:
As a Commercial Sales Account Executive at Stahls’ you will work in a supportive culture with other incredibly talented and intelligent people, creating industry-leading products. You will also have growth opportunities as we have a culture that supports your personal and professional development.
The Commercial Sales Account Executive has a business and sales competency and is responsible for the development of business growth in an assigned group of accounts and/or market vertical. They maintain close relationships with the market (clients and collaborators) for awareness of needs so they can grow STAHLS’ complete book of product solutions. This includes identification and development of effective strategies, programs and tactics for reaching new business growth. This person is involved through all stages of a client’s lifecycle.
- Discover and validate client problems (both existing and future customers).
- Seek new sales opportunities by leveraging the company’s distinctive competence.
- Conduct client and industry presentations to grow business.
- Understand all technical, and sales aspects of all products in the portfolio.
- Bring expert industry insights from partners into customer experience to enhance personal and STAHLS’ brand credibility.
- Understand and analyze client profitability and sales success to guide future decision making.
- Recommend buy/build/partner decisions and support partner relationships.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of the buyer journey and GroupeSTAHL sales process.
- Develop and execute training plans to clients and partners to drive adoption and success.
- Collaborate with assigned partners and develop new potential partners to drive STAHLS’ product growth and referrals across varying industry channels.
- Oversee sales opportunity pipeline.

What we are looking for:
- Experience using Challenger Sales Methodology.
- Strategic planning and thinking.
- Excellent Presentation skills with knowledge of presentation tools and platforms, such as PowerPoint, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
- Creative thinking and ability to collaborate and innovate.
- Ability to work cross-functionally for the greater good of the client.
- A passion for sales and client growth.
- Okay with extensive travel to tradeshows and client/collaborator meetings.
