SalaryCommercial Real Estate Lending team seeking paralegal to assist in all components of sophisticated Commercial Real Estate and private equity financings for institutional Real Estate clients with a focus on commercial lender representation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial loan process from inception to post-closing
- Prepare first drafts of ancillary Commercial Real Estate loan documents
- Draft / review corporate documents including operating agreements, incumbency certificates, member consents and LLC certificates
- Review, comment, and clear title reports; review title exceptions and survey matters; interface with title companies and surveyors
- Review commercial leases and prepare abstracts of same
- Assist with drafting contracts, leases, and amendments
Requirements:
- High level of independence and multitasking capabilities
- Analytical
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Exceptional organizational and prioritizing skills
- Strong communication and written skills for client contact
