Small COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE firm is seeking highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers in leasing and selling commercial spaces. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth and successful REAL ESTATE transaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in leasing and selling, commercial spaces
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available spaces
- Show spaces to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Provide guidance and advice on REAL ESTATE investment opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with REAL ESTATE market trends and changes in regulations
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as a proven Real Estate Agent in the commercial market
- Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving targets
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows you to cater to a wider range of customers
- Knowledge of the local market and current trends-
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Bilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish) are highly desirable
