Internship Role (January 2024-May 2024)
Slatt Capital seeks a bright, articulate, and self-directed college student for a part-time (15-20 hours per week) entry level research, data management, and financial analysis. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to learn the Commercial Real Estate finance business and could lead to future opportunities with the firm.
The Job Summary:
- Research and manage capital sources, quotes, deals, and financing programs in Salesforce.
- Provide analytical support to assist in underwriting deals using excel and other programs
- Research transactions, clients, and capital sources
- Research CoStar and other databases in order to assist the originations team with underwriting, marketing, and successful closing of transactions
- Participate in meetings with clients and capital sources and provide ad-hoc support

Requirements:
- Enrollment in a 4 year degree program in Real Estate finance, business administration or accounting.
- Strong computer skills including Excel – working knowledge of Salesforce is helpful
- Ability to be self-directed
- Travel to West LA office 2-3 days per week
