Hourly rate: $32.00 per hour

What you'll do:
- Be exposed to the commercial loan origination process
- Learn about CRE portfolio management
What do you need?
- To be a rising Senior with a minimum GPA of 3.0 is required to be considered for this internship
- Current bachelor's degree student in a business or finance-related field with a graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025
- Basic finance classes are a must, and Real Estate related courses are preferred
- Ideally, prior Real Estate related Summer Internships-though this is not required. More important to have shown a genuine interest and passion for Real Estate through classes, clubs, etc.
- Excel financial modeling skills, familiarity with Commercial Real Estate finance concepts and basic terminology, prior internships in Commercial Real Estate, any Real Estate related coursework
- Sense of humor, desire to work with multiple senior members of the team and learn from their different styles, intellectual curiosity, no fear of asking questions, confident personality
- Prior Commercial Real Estate related internships, or leadership positions within Real Estate clubs on campus
- Experience with Real Estate financial modeling would be great, but not absolutely necessary
- Must be available to work on-site 5-days per week in the NYC office
Technology Skills:
- Microsoft Office products
