Commercial Real Estate Clerk

We are looking for a person with strong clerical, communication and personal skills to interact with our clients and team at our Commercial Real Estate division (Y&K Real Estate) located on Harwin Drive in SW Houston.

Responsibilities:

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Handling Real Estate transactions
• Data Entry and Verification
• Real Estate Contracts
• Property Management
• New Tenants.
• Tenant Complaints
• Work Order and Repair Requests
• Site visitation
• Other miscellaneous related duties

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial property management or other related field is a plus
• Ability to build rapport with tenants
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Good computer skills required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
