Assistant Commercial Administrator

Our client, a large Residential and Commercial Asset Management company based in Dallas is seeking a Commercial Assistant Manager/analystto assist with their 10-building office portfolio on the financial side.
This position reports to the COO directly.

We are not looking for just job seekers. We want changemakers!

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and knowledge:
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Commercial Property Management.
Experience in CAM, A/R, and A/P is highly preferred.
A college degree in Real Estate or finance is highly preferred.
Must have a proven track record of completing challenging projects and managing multiple priorities.
Must be detail-oriented and have strong interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with clients, partners, tenants, managers, and other executives
Must possess quality writing skills, both technical writing and professional business communications.
Proven negotiation skills.
Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
A passionate attitude and outgoing and focused work ethic is required.
Must be able to thrive off of a fast-paced team dynamic and respond with urgency.
