Responsibilities: - Conduct Real Estate appraisals to determine the value of residential and commercial properties - Collect and analyze data on property sales, market trends, and economic conditions - Use quantitative research methods to assess property values and market conditions - Build and maintain a database of property information for reference and analysis - Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws - Prepare detailed reports on property valuations, including financial analysis and recommendations - Collaborate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to provide accurate and timely appraisal services Requirements: - Proven experience in Real Estate appraisal or a related field - Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles - Proficiency in quantitative research methods and data analysis - Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information System) software for mapping and spatial analysis - Excellent math skills for calculating property values and performing financial analysis - Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing detailed reports and interacting with clients - Attention to detail and accuracy in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data - Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to Real Estate appraisal Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
