Commercial Real Estate Agent - Team Leader (5+ Years Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a new team: You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring new Commercial Real Estate Agents, creating a collaborative and successful team environment.
• Drive individual sales and lead generation: You will maintain a strong personal sales pipeline while providing guidance and support to your team members in securing and closing Commercial Real Estate deals.
• Market expertise: You will possess a deep understanding of the local Commercial Real Estate market, including current trends, property valuations, and zoning regulations.
• Client relationship management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Negotiation and deal structuring: You will have a proven track record of successfully negotiating win-win deals for both buyers and sellers.
• Mentorship and coaching: You will provide ongoing guidance and coaching to your team members, fostering their professional development and success.
• Market research and analysis: You will stay abreast of industry trends, conduct market research, and provide valuable insights to your team and clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate sales and leasing
• Proven track record of success in achieving sales goals and exceeding client expectations
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industry software
• A valid Real Estate license in the state of operation
