Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a new team: You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring new Commercial Real Estate Agents, creating a collaborative and successful team environment.
- Drive individual sales and lead generation: You will maintain a strong personal sales pipeline while providing guidance and support to your team members in securing and closing Commercial Real Estate deals.
- Market expertise: You will possess a deep understanding of the local Commercial Real Estate market, including current trends, property valuations, and zoning regulations.
- Client relationship management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Negotiation and deal structuring: You will have a proven track record of successfully negotiating win-win deals for both buyers and sellers.
- Mentorship and coaching: You will provide ongoing guidance and coaching to your team members, fostering their professional development and success.
- Market research and analysis: You will stay abreast of industry trends, conduct market research, and provide valuable insights to your team and clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate sales and leasing
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales goals and exceeding client expectations
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industry software
- A valid Real Estate license in the state of operation
