Emerald Search Partners is assisting a national law firm in their search for a Legal Assistant to join their Commercial Litigation Team (4085). This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team of legal professionals. Responsibilities include:
- Client communication
- Prepare and process legal documents
- E-filing in state and federal courts
- Schedule meetings and events
- Open new client matters
- Enter attorney time
Successful candidates will have 5+ years of experience, a strong knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and exemplary interpersonal skills. Proactive Legal Assistants – do not hesitate to apply!
