Job Summary:
The Commercial Lines Account Manager will create and maintain commercial accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain commercial accounts in the agency management system
• Collaborate with multiple underwriters on new business and renewal remarketing
• Meet with producers on new business opportunities and generate carrier proposals
• Communicate proactively and effectively with client account contacts
• Determine and recommend additional coverage and lines of business as needed

Qualifications:

• Massachusetts P&C Agent License
• Industry certifications or designations: CPCU, CIC, CRM, etc.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with commercial fleet insurance, registry service, and DOT filings
• A desire to learn and grow in the profession
• Knowledge and experience with Applied Epic preferred

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000
Schedule: FT, M-F 8:30 - 4:30, Hybrid
