Accounting & Tax Admin

Responsibilities and Duties: You will assist CPA in accounting and bookkeeping in the following areas:

- Bookkeeping, maintaining QuickBooks( Desktop and Online version). QuickBooks entries to categorize asset, liabilities, expenses, loan, income, depreciation and payroll.

- Beside the main responsibilities in accounting, the position is also a member of the administration team and is expected to assist in administrative tasks when required.

-Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions

-Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

-Handle general administrative tasks as assigned

-Providing consistent high‐level administrative support such as screening calls and collecting invoices

Skills Required:

Preferred: Has a bachelor / associate degree in accounting or working towards it or one year experience in bookkeeping.

Problem solving, multi-tasking, and project‐management skills

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Comfortable working alone at times without direct supervision

Proficient typing skills

Proficient in using Windows operating system

Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
