Job Summary:

Reporting to the VP of Accounting Operations, the Accounting Operations Manager is an integral part of the Accounting Team. This role will oversee and actively participate in a variety of accounting functions related to Collette’s Accounting Operations.

Primary Functions:

• Monitor & assist with the weekly performance of the accounts payable team (currently 7 employees).
• Ensure timely & accurate payments to vendors.
• Maintain excellent vendor relationships.
• Establish and maintain policies and procedures that are aligned with Collette’s accounting objectives.
• Work with the team to improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Assist with accounting projects and system testing as required.
• Backup to the disbursement coordinator.
• Backup for responding to Travelex claims.
• Daily review of customer refunds; confirming accuracy.
• Comply with general accounting principles and controls.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proven work experience as an accounting supervisor or manager.
• BS degree in accounting required.
• Solid knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and general accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Team management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
