Responsibilities:*
- Customer Engagement: Maintain regular communication and perform monthly walkthroughs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Crew Management: Lead and supervise crews, ensuring quality service delivery and a safe working environment.
- Sales and Service Delivery: Proactively identify site enhancement opportunities and manage service delivery to meet client needs.
- Financial Management: Contribute to meeting branch financial goals through effective management of contracts and services.
- Leadership Support: Assist the Branch Manager in branch leadership duties and participate in branch meetings.

Requirements:*
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Commercial Landscape management.
- Credentials: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills to engage with clients and lead teams effectively.
- Expertise: Good plant, turf, and disease identification skills, with basic irrigation knowledge.
- Sales Acumen :\*Successful selling experience and ability to drive sales of landscape enhancements and services.
- Leadership Skills: Experience leading teams and coaching employees to success.
- Knowledge: Understanding of landscape maintenance best practices and equipment.
- Bonus Points: Spanish language skills and a related college degree.
