Job Description
Lawn Capital is on the lookout for a dynamic Commercial Landscape Account Executive to join our pioneering 100% Electric Commercial Landscape teams. As the cornerstone of client and crew interactions, the Landscape Account Executive is tasked with nurturing long-lasting client relationships, spearheading ancillary sales initiatives, and identifying new client leads and opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site walkthroughs to guarantee that quality and service standards are upheld.
- Proactively generate bids and proposals for site enhancement suggestions for current customers.
- Secure account renewals within the maintenance department's portfolio.
- Maintain consistent communication with property managers or owners to ensure client needs and expectations are not only met but surpassed.
- Address and oversee the resolution of customer issues or concerns.
- Liaise with the operations manager to ensure quality control and address customer feedback.
- Pursue new client leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to strategize on improvements and business growth.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the Commercial Landscape sector.
- At least 3 years of customer service, management, or leadership experience within the landscaping industry.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop teams.
- Proven experience in sales and cold calling to generate new business.
- Strong passion for innovating landscape services.
Compensation
This is a salaried position, with weekly pay reflecting the candidate's experience and expertise in landscape management. Commission constitutes a significant portion of the compensation package.
- Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
- Commission: Up to 6%
