Customer Service Representative - CSR- Accounts Manager- Middle Market- Construction accounts for General Liability, Multifamily and mixed use for property packages. Builders risks & OCPS, Restaurants, Manufacturing - wholesale & retail operations

Responsibilities•

Duties: retention of existing accounts - provide day to day in-house customer service to clients as assigned•Work to provide insurance solutions that will enhance client’s insurance programs•Help analyze, retain, service, market and round-out coverage needs for clients•Manage a high-volume book of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance business•Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing and new policies•Maintain a thorough understanding of the markets and their appetites, underwriting guidelines, submitting and procedures•Review all applications, policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy•Complete loss/claim analysis and summaries

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a COMMERCIAL insurance
- Excellent communication skills on the phone (time zone Eastern ONLY please)
- Ability to problem-solve independently and be resourceful
- Respectful to clients
- Knowledge of QuickBooks would be helpful but not necessary
- P&C License is recommended but not necessary
- Familiarity with Construction & multi family real estate

Compensation and Benefits:

- Salary Range: $60,000 - $72,000
- Benefits: Paid time off, health insurance available, 401k negotiable
