Job Duties | What You’ll Be Doing

• Installation of various flooring types in a new construction Multi-Family structure
• Work within manufacturer & estimator guidelines to prepare & apply new flooring products; engineered wood, hardwood, LVP, vinyl, laminate, tile, carpet, etc.
• Assess any potential issues during the installation process & and implement action to resolve them in a timely manner
• Always present job site professionalism; including thorough clean up, professional attire, and maintaining a safety-first environment.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements | What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of Flooring Installation experience preferred
• Familiarity with common flooring installation best practices & processes
• Accountability: Ability to work well independently as well as a part of a team
• Customer Obsession: Professional, respectful, & responsive communication skills
• Integrity: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship.
• Commitment: Motivated to get the job done right
• Ability to bend, squat and work on knees for extended periods of time
• Access to either a smartphone or tablet with cellular data capabilities – (iOS 8 or newer; Android 7.0 or newer)
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Active liability insurance policy in place or the ability to obtain such a policy prior to starting
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Experience:

• Flooring installation: 2 years (Required)
• Tile laying: 1 year (Preferred)
