Source One Account Coordinator I

Source One Administrative Manager

DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:
The Source One Department is a sales service department within Tarkett. The Source One Account Coordinator I position is an administrative operations role that helps service our customers. The ACI position may include administrative functions, purchasing functions, and other customer service functions. The AC I will train toward becoming an Account Coordinator II which is a Project Manager Role for Flooring Installation.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Create SAP Purchase Orders for flooring construction projects.
- Receive Completed Purchase Order Items into SAP
- Keep Contractors Licenses up to date.
- Manage subcontractor database.
- Maintain storage of electronic and physical project folders
- Verify subcontractor’s insurance and contract is on file prior to subcontractor payment.
- Maintains monthly activity and sales reports for the department.
- Review customer contracts and help fulfill customer contracts, including special billing, paperwork, bond and insurance requests.
- Work with turnkey project managers to help with turnkey paperwork or processes.
- Train in all facets of the department and work to learn the ACII position which is a promotional opportunity.
- Back others in the department as needed.
- Create Manual Invoicing daily from SAP system invoices that print in the Source One Department
- Uses keyboarding, data entry skills and computer programs (Excel and SAP).
- Send product specifications, installation instructions, submittals, and warranties.
- Capable of getting a notary public license.
- Other duties as required or assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- A history of success in admin., customer service, project management, sales, or similar field.
- Experience in commercial carpet customer service is a plus.
- Experience in SAP, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 2- or 4-year college degree preferred, or 2 plus years in a similar role.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
