Construction Project Administrator

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Construction Project coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is organized and detail-oriented with prior knowledge in the industry!

Position includes

·         Place orders for job material released by the project manager.

·         Review confirmation for discrepancies and enter estimated delivery dates for job materials.

·         Notify the project manager of delays or any issues that may arise with purchase orders.

·          Initiate returns on material that is defective or incorrect. Follow up with the vendor and work with the warehouse to make sure the material is returned.

·         Resolve problem invoices.

·         Invoice completed jobs in an AIA or standard billing format. 

·         Provide any additional paperwork needed for billings.

·         File billing paperwork back to the respective hard folder and attach electronic files to the job folder.

·         Assist the project manager with any front-end paperwork required for projects, such as project safety, safety data sheets, and certified payroll reports.

·         Provide requested closeout documents to the general contractor, such as maintenance sheets, warranties, and waivers.

· Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Education

                High school or equivalent

Job Type

                Full-time Monday - Friday 7 AM - 4 PM
