M&W Commercial Flooring, LLC is seeking a Commercial Flooring Sales And Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee estimating, sales project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high communication and professionalism with superintendents' and Project Managers
- High level of detailed focus that adheres to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Commercial Flooring Sales or other related fields
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented

However, M&W does expect that the employee always maintains a professional conduct, and that the employee will be mindful of hours worked and diligently maintain an effort to execute a full work week each week as well as arrive on time as work demands dictate.
The offer package will include a base salary plus the opportunity to earn commissions based on project performance and Gross Margin percentage. In addition to the base salary plus commission structure, there will be the potential to earn a year-end bonus based on the Company’s project performance and Gross Margin percentage. The bonus pool may be between 10% and 25%
