Commercial Construction Superintendent

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT – COMMERCIAL

Well established commercial interiors general contractor seeking qualified candidates to join their project superintendent team. Candidates must possess at least 7 years of experience in ground-up projects (tilt wall experience preferred) and the ability to hit the ground running.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF ROLE

Superintendents will provide overall responsibility and authority as required to complete assigned projects on time, under budget, to the complete satisfaction of the Clients and in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and other contract documents. It is the Superintendent’s responsibility to maintain the values and philosophies of Dunhill Construction in accordance with its policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

·         Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

·         Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards.

·         Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site.

·         Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

·         Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with 10 years or more.

·         Experience in new construction and tilt wall projects preferred.

·         Strong leadership and communication skills.

·         Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·         Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices

·         OSHA 30 and 1st Aid CPR
