Responsibilities:

Administrative Requirements:

• Identify and cultivate new leads, researching potential clients and their needs.
• Arrange in-person presentations with key decision-makers to showcase our capabilities.
• Demonstrate mastery of company offerings and effectively convert leads into opportunities.
• Craft compelling presentations to engage prospective clients.

Customer Service/File Management:

• Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring loyalty through exceptional service.
• Act as a trusted business continuity partner for clients' emergency service requirements.
• Liaise between clients and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.
• Maintain open communication and network effectively with clients and sales/marketing teams.

Marketing:

• Utilize all available marketing tools to promote our services and drive revenue growth.
• Uphold our reputation by ensuring all communications reflect the company's values and integrity.
• Monitor, train, and support vendor programs to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven sales and management experience, with a track record of success.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Proficient in face-to-face, telephone, and video telecommunications communication.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
