Responsibilities:
Administrative Requirements:
- Identify and cultivate new leads, researching potential clients and their needs.
- Arrange in-person presentations with key decision-makers to showcase our capabilities.
- Demonstrate mastery of company offerings and effectively convert leads into opportunities.
- Craft compelling presentations to engage prospective clients.
Customer Service/File Management:
- Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring loyalty through exceptional service.
- Act as a trusted business continuity partner for clients' emergency service requirements.
- Liaise between clients and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.
- Maintain open communication and network effectively with clients and sales/marketing teams.
Marketing:
- Utilize all available marketing tools to promote our services and drive revenue growth.
- Uphold our reputation by ensuring all communications reflect the company's values and integrity.
- Monitor, train, and support vendor programs to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven sales and management experience, with a track record of success.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Proficient in face-to-face, telephone, and video telecommunications communication.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
