Commercial Process Business Analyst

The Talent Mine is recruiting for a Commercial Process Business Analyst with skills in Oracle EBS/ERP solutions, for an immediate role in our client's facility in Irving, TX. **COMPENSATION NOTES***

TOTAL COMP for this position is $100,000- $130,000 broken down as follows:

· Base salary of $70K-$100K (based on experience)

· The average annual bonus has been 33.6% over the past 5+ years + added 401K match

· You also receive a $4,000 educational credit for yourself

· You also receive additional $2,000 educational credits for your spouse and EACH child!

· RELOCATION STIPEND: We offer a VERY GENEROUS Relocation Stipend for those moving to the area.

Overview:

The responsibilities of the Commercial Process Business Analyst include but are not limited to working directly with division teammates and the business team to drive project initiatives related to Oracle EBS implementations. You will understand, evaluate, and align business processes at the divisions, and effectively communicate changes, recommendations, and procedures to divisional users and other teammates. You will identify process and/or solution improvements, determine business justification, document actionable business requirements, and lead the research, design, testing, training, and implementation of new processes/solutions.

You will support enterprise project initiatives while maintaining the integrity of the global design, support on-site implementation and training of solutions, and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced setting.

This is a full-time position in-office in Irving, TX.

The most qualified candidates will have most of the following:

• 2-4 years of experience with Oracle EBS (or comparable ERP System).
• 1+ years of ERP implementation experience in design, development, training, testing, and/or user support
• 1-4 years of sales experience (including ERP implementations, Commercial Supply Chain Management, Sales and Order Management, or Outside Processing, in a manufacturing setting).
• Applicable experience with EDI, VMI, or OSP in a manufacturing environment.
• Availability for overnight travel as required for go-live and implementations (as needed, estimated 10-20%).
• Technical aptitude in innovation and database structures to build a variety of solutions.
• Experience with Agile methodology
• 4-year undergraduate degree in related field
