In this role, you will be building the next generation for Commercial Bank (CB) as you hire summer and full-time analysts for the business.
As a Commercial Bank Campus Recruiter in Campus Recruiting, you will be responsible for hiring summer and full-time analysts for CB businesses. CB is focused on helping our clients succeed and making a positive difference in our communities, such as providing credit and financing, treasury and payment services, international banking and real estate services to clients including corporations, municipalities, institutions, real estate investors and owners, and nonprofit organizations. You will source talent for the five programs that support the needs of Commercial Banking clients; Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries Banking and Risk programs, Innovation Development Program, and Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and partner with senior leaders, program management, and school teams to formulate an effective recruiting strategy
- Organize and attend on-campus or virtual events aimed at raising brand and CB program awareness
- Educate candidates about the nature of the roles offered and assist candidates in navigating opportunities and ensure proper visibility of CB programs with candidates, faculty and administrators
- Build and maintain relationships with key school clubs and organizations, which includes providing information on the firm, recruiting process, and helping to determine area of interest within the firm
- Manage full-cycle candidate evaluation process and provide organized and timely updates to stakeholders on progression of the processes
- Prepare and distribute resumes to interviewing team, track candidate progression, facilitate first round interviews, review pre-recorded video interviews, organize and attend final round (Super Day) interviews, communicate offer decisions to candidates
- Partner with program management on the summer analyst experience, including performance development and conversion process to full-time analyst
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- A bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of campus recruiting experience
- Demonstrates strategic thinking and strong attention to detail
- Displays organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Demonstrates relationship management and consulting skills and the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders; has desire to build knowledge and understanding of our businesses
- Possesses strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrates the skills and abilities necessary to work in a team setting and collaborate/take lead on projects and deliverables
- Able to meet travel requirements during peak recruiting seasons
