The Broker Sales Team works to ensure our Medicare partners are equipped and ready to sell Medicare products in the Greater Philadelphia area. This role is integral in the success of our sales channel from event execution to reporting and analytics for optimization.

This position will be responsible for helping to support our sales department and assist in day-to-day operations of supporting our broker channel. To include marketing, sales analytics, broker events, planning and strategy of goals.
Required Skills:
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external partners.
• Must be a team player with ability to work independently, be a self-starter, and adapt to change.
• Ability to stay on task, manage competing priorities, and see all work through to completion.

• Flexibility in managing multiple tasks.
