PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Able to quickly learn/strong affinity for web-based software platforms
- Knowledge of project planning techniques, and demonstrated ability to develop and execute new projects
- 2+ Experience in US College Admissions, admission process, and College Admission consulting is required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience. Prior experience as a college consultant is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding of financial transactions.

- Provide one-on-one mentoring and guidance to students throughout the College Admissions process (MUST be extremely familiar with COMMON APP/UC/COALITION)
- Assist students in identifying and applying to colleges that align with their academic and career goals
- Educate students on College Admission requirements, financial aid options, and scholarship opportunities
- Conduct interviews with students to assess their interests, strengths, and aspirations
- Communicate with College Admissions officers on behalf of students to advocate for their admission
- Analyze student transcripts, test scores, and extracurricular activities to determine the best college fit
- Offer academic advising to help students select appropriate courses and develop study plans
- Stay up-to-date on current trends in education administration and College Admissions
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Frequently sit, perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Occasionally stand, walk, twist, use fine manipulation, grasp, use a telephone, write by hand, sort and file paperwork.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
May work extended or non-standard hours based on project or business needs.
