Summary:
1.Collection of Premium:
•To recover premiums that are past due or for policies that are in default.
•Attempt to save policies by keeping them active and avoiding cancellation due to lack of payment.
•Scheduling of recurring premium payments.
•Ensure the accuracy and relevance of all documentation.
2.Payment Resolution:
•Collection of payment over the phone via credit card or ACH.
•Ability to locate pertinent details within the system and update payment information accordingly.
•Work diligently to address and resolve the issue at hand.
•Become an expert in the company’s systems and manage volume effectively.
3.Documentation and Escalation:
•Notify the Channel Partner Support Team Manager and other relevant stakeholders of any issues.
•Log every contact attempt and the outcome of the contact.
•Provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
•Maintain a record of escalations and resolutions for future reference.
4.Customer Service and Professionalism:
•Display excellent customer service practices to build strong relationships with agents, agencies and our clients while upholding a high degree of professionalism and confidence.
•Seek opportunities to improve and standardize customer service practices within the team.
5.Company Image Promotion:
•Act as an ambassador for the company by helping to promote and maintain a positive company image.
Skills & Qualifications:
-1-2 years experience working in retention OR collections
-High school diploma or GED
-Computer literacy
Pay:
$20/hr
Shift:
M-F 8am - 5pm
