Job Title: Auto Collections & Skip Tracers
Pay: $18-$21/hr DOE
Location: Fort Worth (76117)
Schedule: Monday through Friday - Flexible to work between 8am and 6pm
Description:
Research automobile ownership and locate account holders.
Contact customers to discuss payment plans in a courteous, understanding manner
Determine affordable repayment schedules and establish agreements
Work to bring accounts up-to-date or facilitate the safe recovery of vehicles when necessary
When customer contact is a challenge, perform skip tracing activities to locate the customer and collateral and assign out for repossession when applicable
Requirements:
1 year of Auto Collections experience
Tenure/Great Job Stability
Skip Tracing experience
Researching, investigative and attention to details
Quick study and fast problem solving ability
