The Collections Analyst will report to the Accounts Receivable & Collections Manager. In this role, you will be focused on cash collections, resolving unapplied cash, assisting with customer onboarding, and reconciling accounts to reduce aged receivables!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Spearhead the collection of all Gong invoices, ensuring timely and efficient processes that support our growth.
- Tackle cash application challenges head-on, managing our A/R inbox with a keen eye for detail, ensuring every query finds resolution.
- Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, customer service, and legal, to address and solve invoice, billing, and collection hurdles.
- Maintain and update essential A/R reports, providing critical data that guides decision-making and strategy.
- Navigate and manage customer billing portals and completion of vendor onboarding documents for new customers.
- Assist our Revenue team with audit activities and sales order management, ensuring compliance and accuracy at every turn.
- Play a key role in optimizing our financial operations, directly influencing Gong's growth and stability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 Years of Collections and/or Order Processing experience
- Experience with NetSuite
- Familiarity with Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Current or recent experience in a SAAS Company
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or another relevant field preferred

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $73,800 - $98,000 USD.
Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
