COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST-Hybrid Position
Hudson Management Services has over 25+ years of business experience which we bring to the collection industry. We are looking for a Collections Specialist to secure monies on past due accounts for clients. You will be responsible for making outbound collection calls while handling inbound collection calls. Your goal is to collect full payment or negotiate payment plans on past due accounts.
You will be using the client’s collection software to perform calls and skip tracing to secure the payments. Ample PAID training is provided by Hudson Management Services with on-going additional support!
Experience in using Simplicity and Nexus-Lexis software is a HUGE plus.
We are looking for high achievers that understand the collection process while confidently producing results. Individuals must be comfortable resolving 80-100 calls a day to be a productive team member. If this describes you, APPLY TODAY!

Responsibilities:
- Represent businesses in a professional manner
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Motivate and guide customers through the collections process
- Educate customers on available payment options
- Discuss sensitive financial situations
- Perform data entry on customer accounts
- Establish rapport with customers
- Provide positive outcome for customers and clients
Job Requirements:
- Professional communication and persuasion skills
- Knowledge about the FDCPA Act and it applications
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to perform data entry using multiple computer databases
- A proven track record of strong performance
- Ability to strategically manage complex projects
- Proven track record of excellence and impeccable attention to detail
- Independent motivation, high integrity and result-oriented work ethic
- Flexibility to work evening shifts
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM
- Knowledge of Simplicity & Nexus Lexis software’s is a huge plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
