Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of consumer outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency to collect funds on past-due accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and execute effective collection efforts.
- Initiate outbound calls to delinquent customers, persuading them to make payment arrangements.
- Serve as a valuable team player by assisting and backing up other representatives as needed.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills across departments.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a collection professional.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and customer interaction experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in basic computer operations.
- Flexible and adaptable to rapid changes.
- Ability to work under pressure, goal-oriented, and competitive.
- Strong work ethic and ability to remain focused.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $17 - $23 per hour, plus a lucrative commission/incentive/bonus plan.
- Flexible work schedule: Choose between 5 days a week or 4 days with 10-hour shifts.
