SalaryNesco Resource is teaming up with a client here in Montoursville, PA! This is an entry-level position ad is vital in maintaining customer relationships while managing delinquent accounts!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a courteous and empathetic manner to collect past due amounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Conduct thorough follow-up calls, documenting efforts to ensure customers fulfill their commitments.
- Verify and update customer information accurately.
- Collaborate with internal departments and provide detailed reports based on collection outcomes.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience in collections or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer proficiency, including a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
Hours: Flexible availability between 8:30 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday and 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturdays. Following training, rotation shifts on Fridays and Saturdays will be required.
