- Target Hire Date: April 29th, 2024 (dependent on background and drug test clearance)
- Required work schedule is Monday - Friday , 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Required to work 1-2 Saturdays per month from 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Paid Training is ONSITE Monday - Friday , 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Work at Home evaluated after 120 days onsite (with good performance, work at home granted).
- Representatives place outbound calls to debtors regarding outstanding debt and collect on aged debt.
- Handling business to business calls involving taking payments and setting up payment plans.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, customers, and other Call Center team members based on trust and reliability.
- Meet department productivity and quality standards.
- At least 6 months or more Collections experience preferred.
- 1+ or more years of previous Call Center experience and strong Customer Service experience preferred.
- Must have ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must have excellent voice quality and present a professional demeanor and ability to maintain a helpful/knowledgeable tone on all calls handled.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment
- Problem solving skills.
- Physical attendance is key to success and necessary to meet objectives
