- Position: Call Center Collections - $14/hr
- Work at Home after 2 weeks ONSITE!

- Collections Representatives may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller.
- The Collections Representative should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, be organized, detail oriented, and a self-starter.
- Target Hire Date:February 12th , 2024
- Onsite 2 weeks (Allentown, PA)
- Required work at home hours:
- Monday - Friday choice of:
- 7:30am - 4:00pm , 8:00am - 4:30pm or 8:30 - 5:00pm EST
- Monday - Friday choice of:
- Training 2 weeks Onsite:
- Monday - Friday, either
- 8:00am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm.

- Commercial Collections position
- Answer inbound calls and greet customers with energy and enthusiasm.
- Place outbound calls and communicate with energy and enthusiasm to customers.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, customers, and other Call Center team members based on trust and reliability.
- Understand and strive to meet or exceed Call Center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service.
- Meet department productivity and quality standards.
- Strive for first call resolution and take true ownership of customer needs and issues.
- Communicate and follow instructions for one call customer resolution.
- Deliver amazing customer service through effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns.
- Take an active role in educating customers about our client's products and services.
- At least 6 months or more Collections experience preferred.
- 1+ or more years of previous Call Center experience and strong Customer Service experience preferred.
- Must have ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must have excellent voice quality and present a professional demeanor and ability to maintain a helpful/knowledgeable tone on all calls handled.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment
- Problem solving skills.
- Physical attendance is key to success and necessary to meet objectives
- High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.
- Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects.
- Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal.
- Speak, listen, type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
