Call Center Representative (Collections)

• Position: Call Center Collections - $14/hr
• Work at Home after 2 weeks ONSITE!

• Collections Representatives may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller.
• The Collections Representative should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, be organized, detail oriented, and a self-starter.

• Target Hire Date:February 12th , 2024
• Onsite 2 weeks (Allentown, PA)
• Required work at home hours: 
  • Monday - Friday choice of:
    • 7:30am - 4:00pm , 8:00am - 4:30pm or 8:30 - 5:00pm EST 
• Training 2 weeks Onsite:
  •  Monday - Friday, either 
    • 8:00am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm.
• Commercial Collections position
• Answer inbound calls and greet customers with energy and enthusiasm.
• Place outbound calls and communicate with energy and enthusiasm to customers.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, customers, and other Call Center team members based on trust and reliability.
• Understand and strive to meet or exceed Call Center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service.
• Meet department productivity and quality standards.
• Strive for first call resolution and take true ownership of customer needs and issues.
• Communicate and follow instructions for one call customer resolution.
• Deliver amazing customer service through effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns.
• Take an active role in educating customers about our client's products and services.

• At least 6 months or more Collections experience preferred.
• 1+ or more years of previous Call Center experience and strong Customer Service experience preferred.
• Must have ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must have excellent voice quality and present a professional demeanor and ability to maintain a helpful/knowledgeable tone on all calls handled.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment
• Problem solving skills.
• Physical attendance is key to success and necessary to meet objectives

• High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.

• Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects.
• Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal.
• Speak, listen, type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
